One of the main benefits of PPFGuard is that this product provides hydrophobic features and UV resistance to surfaces that are coated with paint protection films without spoiling the physical properties of the glossy, matte, satin or vinly finishes. Along with protecting the surface, it also prevents the colour from the fading or yellowing effect that is caused by UV. What Are The Application Surfaces of Nasiol PPFGuard ?

Nasiol PPFGuard application areas include surfaces that are covered with paint protection films (PPF) that are glossy, matte or satin. The product should not be applied on surfaces with the following features; low-quality PPF, PPF with bubbles, absorbent surfaces, temporary road films, interior window tints or any film that is not resistant to solvents.

How Do You Use Nasiol PPFGuard Nano Ceramic Coating for Car PPF Protection?

When you use Nasiol PPFGuard, it is important that you follow the correct steps to ensure that the solution is effectively applied. The following are the steps to follow to be sure you are correctly applying PPFGuard.

 

Preparation:

• Wash your vehicle (Nasiol Cleanion Pro is recommended.)
• Examine the surface carefully, apply a clay bar, iron and tar remover etc. if needed. 
• After decontamination, apply polishing with appropriate tools and polishing compounds (Nasiol CleaRub Series)
• Wash the vehicle once more, and then let it dry completely. 
• Use Nasiol Clean to improve the bonding performance of the nano coating. 

 

Application:

• Wear the protective gloves
• Do not work on areas larger than 1 m² per session. 
• Place a suede cloth onto the applicator block’s sponge surface. 
• Change the suede cloth every 3-4 panels. 
• Shake the product gently before use. 
• Per 1 m² about 2-3 ml of the product should be used.
• Do not forget to keep the lid closed during the application. 
• Spread the product gently over the surface in the shape of an ‘S’ to ensure that the formula is evenly spread. 
• Flashing time: up to 1 minute (23˚C – 50% RH)
• Wipe the surface with Nasiol microfiber cloth gently in linear motions.
• Immediately buff the surface with the other Nasiol microfiber cloth in circular motions.
• Wait for 60 minutes, then repeat the steps for the second layer.

 

After Application:

• Keep the car away from sunlight, water and various types of contamination for 24 hours. 
• Wait 48 hours before any detergent-based washing.
• After opening, use the product within 1 month.
