Payment:
We will accept payments made in UK £ Sterling only. We ONLY accept Paypal
Please be aware that we take no responsibility for any import or sales tax your local customs may impose on your purchase. If you have any doubts we strongly suggest you talk to your local customs office before placing a bid. We cannot advise on YOUR local customs rules and regulations and all deliveries would have to pass through your country's customs department and may be liable to extra charges.
Placing a Bid:
Please be aware that by bidding on this auction or purchasing these goods you are entering into a legally binding contract. Please make sure that you are happy with all of the terms and conditions before placing a bid. If you do win one of our auctions we advise that it is usually best to pay for the item as soon as possible. Anyone with Zero feedback or out of mainland UK please email before bidding.
Returns/Refunds:
You are entitled to cancel your contract before you receive the goods and within 14 days after receipt. To cancel, you must inform us by email to our eBay account
Items are returned at the buyers cost provided the customer has taken reasonable care of the goods before and after cancellation. Customers are requested to return items in original packaging, unused and unopened. Goods will only be refunded once a return has been received and examined by us and all items must be unused, unopened and in saleable condition. Refunds will be made net of the original outgoing postage charges paid at the point of sale.
Collections:
We are a mail order company and as such collections are unfortunately not available.
Feedback:
We leave feedback once it has been left for us. We wait for your feedback so we know the transaction has been completed.
