This hand made, signed and hand painted ceramic oblong plate is decorated in the Pennsylvania slipware pottery style imitating the yellow slip decorations on red clay.  It measures 1 1/2 by 1 1/8 inch.

I make all of my items from start to finish, using clay, underglaze paint, several glazes, china paint and fires them several times as required by the decoration and technique used.
