Item new in original packaging. Original packaging is slightly aesthetically beaten up, but it shouldn't affect functionality.

Returns Policy Update (3/23/23)

We greatly value your business, and, in an effort to continue keeping our products at competitive pricing for our customers, we have decided to implement some additional security measures with some of our inventory depending on the product type and its fiscal risk to mitigate the recent uptick we’ve noticed in some of our customers attempting fraudulent returns. The following highlight our changes:

  1. Some products may now have small and inconspicuous engravings on or in them to help verify that they were legitimately from our stock upon their return.

  2. There may also now be hidden proprietary tamper-proof labels strategically on key components in our products - particularly in our laptops - such as on our removable RAM or hard disk components.

  3. While we openly welcome returns for any fair reason, we may ask for photographic evidence of such engravement(s) and/or tamper-proof labels as directed in our conversations during potential returns proceedings with whichever party is responsible for the proceeding.

  4. We may also check for package weight discrepancies between the package from when it was sent out from our business to when it was sent back as a return by the customer in question. Please be sure to return your package in the original packaging and include the original packaging “stuffing” that it was originally received with - no more no less.

All other return policy details are unchanged and can be found in our official business profile. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
