9-18 mo - chest unstretched is 16 in, chest will stretch to 24-25 in / 19.5 in long
2T-3T - chest unstretched is 18 in, chest will stretch to 27-28 in / 21.5 in long

4T-5T - chest unstretched is 18 in, chest will stretch to 29-30 in / 26.5 in long
Size 6-7 - chest unstretched is 18 in, chest will stretch to 30-31 in / 30 in long
