Item for sale: Vintage C1950's Chinese Chinoiserie-Style Hand-Painted Porcelain Opium Pillow in the shape of crawling baby girl.
Chinese baby pillows were traditionally used as headrests after conception in the hopes of influencing the gender of the child to be born. Figurine is smaller than the life-sized baby, measuring 7" in height and 9" in length.
