Good day, this is a unique musical instrument with a rich history.  The Uzbek rubob was made around 1960 in the city of Termez, on the border of Uzbekistan and Afghanistan, then it was restored by one of the best masters of Uzbekistan in the city of Samarkand.  Rubob is made of mulberry wood and richly decorated with mother-of-pearl.  It was a long journey to become an owner of this instrument.  Length 90 cm, depth 20 cm
The drum on the instrument is made of catfish leather
