 ** AA38102 **

SPECIAL NOTES:  Canada - 1917 - RFC Squadron  28 - Plane #B-6313                   UK Paint Scheme

FEATURES:  Authentic 1:48 Scale WW1 Airplane in the Original Box
Only made in 2009 as a Limited Edition Run of 1750 Only Made
Includes Display Stand AND Collectors Card

HISTORY:  I purchased it USED after it was released and was told it was never displayed. NO PROMISE ON THAT.  I personally never took it out of the box until I took these photos and placed it back inside the box.

KNOWN CONCERNS:   NONE that I can see or am aware of.  Even the box with this one is near perfect.

PLEASE LOOK AT PHOTOS to verify you are happy with the condition. I took photos of many angles to allow you the chance to see the entire airplane before you buy it. First photo is closed box - then with the plane removed from the box - last photos show plane being put back into the box and sealed up never to be removed again until you touch it.

I see no major flaws, but I am older now and might miss something.

SPECIAL HELPFUL HINTS:
There is a Safe and Simple way to remove these Corgi Planes from their boxes.  Gently grab hold of the Fuselage just in front of the Rudder - NOT the tail elevator - and pull upwards - lifting the tail first - this unlocks the rear edge of the wings from the plastic tabs holding it tightly in place.  Then pull it slightly backwards to release the front edge of the wing.

Put it back in place in reverse - drop plane into area, and lift up slightly on the rudder, holding the tail higher as you push the front edge of the wing into place and then gently push down on the tail end until it pops back underneath the tabs.

Every once in a while you might get a stubborn one. Do not be tempted to yank up on the tail elevator for leverage. Grab the actual plane body just in front of the elevator. I've been known to pull up on the rudder, while pushing the plastic tabs in slightly with my other hand to ensure a smooth release.

WHY AM I SELLING: I have EVERY Corgi WW1 Plane that was made in my collection - all still inside the original boxes and never displayed by me. (Some were bought used and are noted as such) . As I near retirement and make plans to sell my home and move to a smaller home, I am now having to sell my entire collection.  It breaks my heart to see them go, but I hope someone else can get enjoyment from them also. This is my personal collection, and I promise I took very good care of them over the years and will try to package them as best as possible to allow them a safe journey to your home.

I take pride in being fair and honest on eBay & hope to make this auction a pleasant experience for you. I try to grade my personal collection strictly so that my buyers are not surprised. Good luck & happy bidding!

Shipping is figured as PRIORITY because it's safer & faster.

** I am NOT a Store or Business **

Because I ship PRIORITY only, my shipping may seem higher than someone who ships a slower/less safe way. I appreciate that, and fully understand if you would rather buy it from someone else and save a few dollars on Postage. But please if you decide to buy from me & you know up front exactly what the shipping will be, do not give me a low rating on Shipping/Handling.

I do not put a postage amount on my auctions, I put the weight and eBay shows everyone a different price based on where you live. I do not even know how much they are showing you the postage is. All I'm doing is choosing to ship a better, but more expensive way than a seller who has a better means to send a package or who may not care as much.

Please note, with Priority I can ship the NEXT day to you from my home. I can offer you FREE TRACKING. Because I'm not a Store/Business, this is a choice I made to allow myself an advantage over other sellers on eBay. If you bid, you are saying you also believe I'm making the right choice in doing everything I can to make sure your item arrives safely.

FREE Insurance of up to $ 100.00 on all my Priority Shipments.

Priority Shipped Items will have a TRACKING NUMBER most times.

I cannot offer a satisfaction guarantee, I’m selling items that may be old & fragile, & may contain flaws I don’t see or are so seemingly unimportant that I do not detect them. I can only promise to do my best in mentioning any concerns, & will NOT purposely conceal a flaw to make the item seem better than it truly is.

NO RETURNS - All Items sold AS-IS
