Free local pickup Tues-Thurs during store hours. All items are shipped fully insured and well protected. Handling time is 1-3 days, except weekends and holidays. USA customers generally will receive their item(s) in 1-2 weeks from date of shipment. In some cases, beyond sellers control, USPS may takes longer to deliver due to logistical problems, item was delayed while in transit, staffing issues or extreme weather. In these cases, please allow up to 30 days to receive your item, before opening any dispute and for insurance purposes. In these situations, if you have not received your item after 15 days contact us so we can open a mail search request with the post office. This process can take up to 10 days before a response is given. In the event the item is lost or not found a full refund will be issued; but in most cases USPS does find the parcel and it continues its journey to the customer. Priority mail is 2-5 business days and rarely do we have any issues with this service even during covid. In the event the item arrives damaged or not to your liking, please return it for a full refund. We accept returns for any reason.

International buyers we ship through eBay's global shipping program or through eBay's International shipping program only. We can combine multiple orders into 1 package at no additional cost. Some restrictions may apply due to weight or size. Shipping comes with tracking.
