Parts and products sold by VizcarraAWD do not meet legal
requirements for use on public roads or highways. It is the end users
obligation to know and conform to all local, state and federal laws and
regulations pertaining to use on public or private roadways. Should any product fail or prove defective,
the user not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer shall assume the entire
cost of all necessary servicing and/ or repair.
Use of parts or products may void vehicle warranty and/ or insurance
coverage, and the user accepts and acknowledges that they bear the full responsibility
for any consequence that may occur as a result of having he product installed
on any vehicle.
