"We would say that the acceleration is roughly equivalent to that of a 3.4 Jaguar saloon...……....………...We didn't have the chance to drive La Metallurgique at night; the trouble is that the paraffin sidelamps blow out above 20mph, but the gigantic Zeiss acetylene headlamps are said to be quite powerful."
