This is the small binocular produced by COPITAR in JAPAN. 

An item is in good looked over and no noticeable chips or cracks, the optics have some slight dust

I dont know anymore about themother they hare very old, JAPANESE, made by COPIRAT and lable says 10 x  something ( cant work it out)

Had a marking that says J-B21

Please note as shown in 3rd picture a tiny screw missing on the hinge but dies not affect the item in any way
