Q&A's All items are handmade to your specifications- therefore we cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds. If I purchase an item and the colour doesn’t match can I return? No returns or refunds on any items as they are all made to your specific order- we are a small business and as you can appreciate these are all handmade and take time to make. We can send you out colour samples - prior to your order- postage will be at your cost. It is your responsibility to ensure correct colour match-. If I receive an item and I’ve ordered the wrong shoe size, please can I return? No returns or refunds on any items- All listings specify in the description sizes and what age group approx. If your child is a shoe size 6 infant then you would order a 6-8. You can contact us prior to your order if in doubt. My child is a shoe size 12 what size should I order? As all sizes in listings are shoe size you would order their shoe size you require- ie you have a choice you could either have a 9-12 or a 12-3. Postage - Can you combine? Postage can be combined if purchased together - you would need to pay postage and refund would be given after we have mailed your items. Or a coupon maybe sent to cover difference- please enquire prior. My item hasn’t arrived? All items are mailed as per the postage service you have purchased- i.e. if you buy second-class then these will be sent second-class. The tracking system I use is through eBay and you will have a specific number that is advised to you once your item has been sent. If your item does not arrive then please contact your local sorting office, failing that we will not chase any deliveries, it is your responsibility to speak to your local sorting office/ they can also advise if any delays. As we use the tracking system and you can see when Royal Mail accepted there will be no refund whatsoever for postage costs. Royal Mail update their system as and when. Please can you let me have the tracking number? This will be updated automatically on your order once shipped. Please do not ask for a tracking details if you haven’t paid for that service. I paid for next day delivery and it hasn’t arrived today? Unless agreed otherwise the item will be sent next day delivery once made - as we get busier shipping timescales may vary. Most items are made and shipped within 4-5 working days. By paying for this service does not mean your order will be prioritised. Unique orders If I wanted to purchase a style and change the colours is that possible? We ask that prior to purchasing the item you would need to contact us with a photo of the style along with how you want colour change or bow … along with shoe size, colours - failing that it would be made as you purchase. Please do not purchase any items and then specify the colours you require as we may not have this in stock and your order will be cancelled. No refund or returns . If I want to change a colour or style slightly and we have agreed can I just purchase? Once you have messaged us we’ve accepted and agreed your order- please ensure you purchase the listing we advised and pop a note in order- any different and your item will be cancelled. I’ve agreed a colour with you, but received something else? If you did not pop a note upon checking out - these will be made as purchased. We are extremely busy and do not have time to watch every order that comes through. Sometimes customers agree then purchase weeks later. I purchased an item and need it within 2 days- Unless agreed prior and a note put on the order it will be sent as per shipping timescale. If you do not receive in time no refunds. It is your responsibility to contact us prior. I’ve messaged you but heard nothing within 10 minutes? We are busy and extremely busy in the peak season- please allow 24hrs. If we receive messages with a ? Every few minutes- we will not respond. I’ve washed item and bow has gone off and discoloured- The item arrived to you in the condition specified- you’ve worn it and it was all in a excellent condition. If you choose to wash your products - with mixed load and bows on outside- that is your responsibility - no refunds or returns. All items are double checked and multiples signed off before posting. Once the item is sent it is your responsibility. |
