* RETURN
1. If you return the item without any agreement with us,
the return shipping cost cannot be reimbursed even if UNIT IS FOUND DEFECTIVE/FAULTY, DAMMAGED, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON FOR RETURN DECIDED BY THE BUYER.
2. All returns should be previously discussed and agreed upon with us.
We offer an Exchange or a Repair for a FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEM when contacted within 14 days from the received date (We may ask you to provide us pictures or video of the faulty item, for technician to determine the fault of the product.)
3. When changing of buyer's mind, the restocking fee 20% and the round shipping fee are on the buyer's side.
4. Returning items for a refund must be unopened and in new condition, in their original boxes including all components and the packing material.
5. If you refuse to receive the parcel due to customs import tax, the round shipping cost will be charged on buyer's side.
6. Same rules will be applied for unclamed returned items.
