GOLD DISCLAIMER

If the gold content is stamped on the item, we will list the item as the stamped gold karat. We will acid test gold items for items that are not stamped and will acid test stamped items only upon request. Please message us if you would like confirmation on gold karat.
Payment Winners must pay within 5 days after the end of the auction. If payment is not made within 5 days. eBay will open an unpaid item case automatically. We have no control over this. If you are unable to make payment within 5 days, you must contact eBay to make arrangements. If eBay cancels your order, we will re-list it and you may bid again.
Shipping HANDLING TIME

Handling time is typically 1-2 business days. If payment is received by 9AM HST, item will likely ship same day if a business day. Shipment will only be made after payment is received and cleared. If payment is not received by 9am HST the day before the weekend or federal holiday, shipping of item may be pushed to the next business day which may be the following week.

All items are packed neatly and securely in a jewelry box or bag. We will only ship to your confirmed address used at check out and provided by eBay.
 


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please note that from Hawaii shipping typically takes 1-5 days longer for ANY shipping method.

Estimated arrival dates are almost always wrong. We are on an island and cannot avoid this. We would appreciate if you did not mark your item late arrival if we shipped it on time on our end, there is little we can do and we appreciate your understanding.
If you are concerned, please choose Express shipment or inquire with us. We do our best to ship quickly but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
First class can take up to 15 days, Priority 5-7 typically, and Express 3-5 typically.

Once it is paid WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING. If you pay BEFORE REQUESTING THE COMBINED OR OTHER SHIPPING WE WILL NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING and reserve the right to combine or send multi items separately dependent on payment date and item values/size.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to a select number of countries only through ebay's global shipping program.
Buyer must pay return shipping always.

International orders cannot have combined shipment. We will report and block buyers who ask to falsify customs documents.

We are not responsible for confiscated items - please know your countries import rules (no coral to Canada or china, some Designer restricted to Canada). We are not responsible for import fees/taxes.
Return Policy

Please contact us through eBay messages FIRST, if you have any problems.
Item MUST be returned with ALL of the original parts and accessories including booklets, logo wrappings, plastic protectors, brand boxes/pouches, brand tissue paper, and any parts shown in listing to be included.

Restocking Fee 20%

We reserve the right to enforce a restocking fee of up to 20%. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY. Please message us before buying if you have any questions.

Polishing & Resizing

Most of the jewelry being auctioned are vintage pieces. We offer resizing and polishing for an extra cost. The prices and additional handling time depend on size, metal, & difficulty. Some items cannot be resized due to design or shape, and we do not recommend resizing more than 1 size up or down as it may become misshapen and even so, we do not accept returns of re-sized items.

Please message us if you would like resizing or polishing and we will see if it is possible for that item before sending you the revised invoice. Please do not pay before you message us.

Hawaii State Tax

Our office is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Any transactions completed in Hawaii is required to pay a 4.712% sales tax.

Certain states have an online sales tax starting in 2019 which eBay will automatically collect- includes Washington state (January 2019), Pennsylvania (July 2019), and Oklahoma (July 2019). There may be more states added in addition. There is no way out of this sales tax - it is required of eBay to pay to the government of your state. Amount is determined by your state government.
