Charger you must’ve if you like long group ride or basically can’t be bothered to wait 6h or even more with standard charger.

This charger has smooth power regulation in the range start from 1A to 6A which is regulated by yourself. So, basically you decide what the current value you will charge your battery.

You can increase or decrease the charging current by rotating the knob, it will go up or down by 0.2A. Starting from 1A to maximum 6A. Basically use as you like and change charging current even during charging cycle. This smart charger can charge your 48V lithium surron battery pack more or less 3-4h on 6amp it's from flat to full, obviously charging time depending on battery capacity...

For example, set between 2-3amp for everyday use or if you in rush set 5-6amp for really fast charging.

The charger comes with the common LP20-3 connector, which is standard on many Sur-Ron battery packs.

It suitable with any size battery in terms of capacity (Ah).

For calculation (approximate) charging time, add 10 percent of lost to your battery capacity ex. (20ah x 10% = 22) then divide you result by the charging current of the charger, which is 6 Amps in this case. So empty 20 Ah battery will charge in about (22/6 = 3.6) more or less 3.5h included factoring in final balancing.

Charger has digital voltage and current display on the side. Also has rotary switch to adjust charging current from 1A-6A and multi colour LED showing the status of charging. Red charging and green no charging/finished. On the other side has built in safety fuse.

Charger has been tested and visually checked. It will be dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked service.

Few tips for your own peace of mind

 

1.    Make sure the place you’re chosen it’s in safe environment and well ventilated.

2.    Do not leave charging process unattended or overnight.

3.    Leave the battery to cool down before putting to charge.

4.    Check visually condition of your battery.

5.    Any sign of leaks or damage cells. Do not use or charge the battery.
