Hat is signed in two places by two different individuals on the brim.

Based in comparable listings and information, the signature on the right half the bill is that of NASCAR driver Matt Kenseth. This signature also matches the stitched Matt Kenseth signature on the back portion of the hat’s design.

The second signature on the left half of the bill is that of Joe Gibbs, of Joe Gibbs Racing and former head coach and 3 time super bowl champion of the NFL with the Washington Redskins.

These signatures are not authenticated, but several other and historical listings do have these same signatures in those exact two locations of the hat, with very similar styles of signature to those individuals known signatures.
