Vintage 1970's Tonka Van Pressed Steel 9"

I played with this a lot as a kid as you can plainly tell by looking at it.  Has been packed away for 35+ years.  It is in dire need of a restore.  It has dents, scuffs, scratches, rust spots, and missing paint.  Examine photos for exact condition.
