This Vintage WISS Metal Pinking Shears - Black Handle Model C - Kitchen Scissors - USA is in good condition!  It does show some signs of wear from normal use.  Please see the photos.  It measures approximately 9-1/2" long, 3-1/8" wide, and 3/4" deep.
