This unique, homemade dress comes in a medium weight black rayon velvet. It has a semi-empire style waist and full, or maxi length skirt. The neckline is crew or jewel, and the sleeves bell slightly. But, of course, the real clincher, is the somewhat strange and curious detail: added stripes of ivory color velvet at underbust and sleeve cuffs area. The center back features a metal zipper closure. The overall condition is very good to excellent, with a few small repairs, as well as one small area of pressed velvet nap, at the back lower skirt -please review photographs for full details. No lining, label (it's homemade) or pockets present.
