The Gear has 65 teeth please count the teethes

Symptoms of Fault:  This is a common problem where the electric roof fails.  

If you can hear the motor turning and it’s not releasing the top cover, it’s likely the teeth have stripped. 

The company uses plastic gear which wears down over the time.

However our gear is made in TEFLON and It won't fail because Teflon is more durable than normal Plastic material.
