We do our best to describe the item correctly, now if you disagree with the way an item has been described please email or text us to let us know the problem, otherwise we will never know why anyone leaves less than 100% on our DSR’s and we could go on forever making a mistake without knowing, as we cannot see who leaves what and why when rating us on DSR’s. DISPATCH TIME. We try and dispatch as soon as we see the order on the same day, but, we are sometimes away buying and it can be a couple or days before we see your order, this happens about once every six weeks. We will normally leave a message posted to our shop items to let you know, and when away cannot always respond to emails as quickly as we would like to, so please bear with us while we are out pressurising our suppliers for the best deals to pass onto you.
COMMUNICATION Once again we will respond to your emails as soon as we see them, if we don’t receive them we cannot respond to them, if in doubt please contact us via another source, the old fashioned phone call will do the trick! When you order you should get a thank you email from us for buying the item, and then when it is dispatched we will email you again telling you how and when it was dispatched.
