Not sure on length.  Matching the hem, pulls the waist in the front lower than the back.  I'm assuming 

hem will adjust to body type.  I lowered the priced due to my uncertainty.  It's a really cute skirt.

Item is previously owned in good condition.  Needs cleaning.
