There are no markings on the back or side of your package. The only markings are your address label on the front.

Delivery: Orders will be sent via Australia Post or Courier (Sendle) after receiving cleared payment. Monday to Friday excludes weekends and public holidays. You can select between regular or express service and all of our parcels are trackable to ensure they don’t go astray!

Estimated Delivery Dates: The estimated delivery dates set by eBay are to be used as a guide to estimate when your items may arrive, which is not a guarantee, as postage time between different states may vary.

Failure of Delivery: If your item is posted via Australia Post or Courier and you are not there to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left by the courier or text message for you to respond to and make arrangements for the delivery of your parcel. Any failure of delivery caused by buyer will be the buyer responsibility.

Delivery Address: Please provide an accurate receiving address when you order.

Faulty (Unused): In the event, you received a defective item, the buyer has 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request for a return. After 30 days we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.

Used Product: Due to sanitation & hygiene regulations, we are unable to offer an exchange replacement or refund on any used adult products.

Unopened Product: We don't offer change of mind returns on adult products.
