Civil War token 68/355a, R-4, copper. The obverse shows an Indian head facing the viewer's left, with stars around the border. Below the Indian head is the date, 1863. The reverse shows a wreath, open at the top, and with a bow at the bottom. Inside the wreath is "NOT ONE CENT". The main color is a tan to medium brown on both obverse and reverse. On the obverse, just tiny traces of red can be seen at the beads in the headdress abd around the tips of a few of the feathers. The other surfaces show a lot of subdued luster, with some bluish tone near and around the date, and near some of the stars and near the border. The reverse also shows just tiny traces of red down in and around some of the leaves. Subdued luster shows across the other surfaces with some of the bluish tone around some of the lettering wreath.
