Sturdy and reliable, the Rotoquip RBC-0521 mobile banqueting trolley is a highly flexible solution for transporting food between production and serving areas. Able to accommodate up to 22 GN 1/1 pans. The RBC-0521 uses innovative forced air heating to ensure the contents are kept at the perfect serving temperature. The heating system also helps to regain temperature quickly if the door is opened. Strong stainless steel construction makes the unit both hard-wearing and easy to clean. Hold rolls, bread loaves, meats, pastries and a variety of other signature foods with the Rotoquip RBC-0521 floor standing holding cabinet. This holding cabinet can be adjusted from 30-110°C with water reservoir for humidity so you can create the best environment to store your valuable foods.
