1. Changed your mind and don't want the item anymore? No Problem! Please contact us within 30 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

2. Defective/Dead items will be fully refunded or replaced after matching the serial number with the one in our records.

4. If you need to cancel an order please first submit a cancellation request. If no cancellation request is submitted we may ship your order before seeing your message

If your order arrives incorrect or the package is damaged in result of a carrier company, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt. Defective items will be credited only after matching the serial number of the product to the serial number on the box and the one in our records.
