Picture Requirements:

We recommend sending close ups and brightly coloured images taken in a well lit area 

as these are more visible . We do not recommend images of a dark Coloured nature, if you are sending pictures taken from phones they need to be taken on the latest models.

If they are pictures of pets we recommend sending pictures which you have taken outside or in well lighted area. 

We prefer you send one picture per cushion as adding additional pictures on one cushion will reduce the size of the image.

Please keep in mind that printing is an organic process and the print and colour may vary slightly from piece to piece.

All the fabrics and materials we use are natural and some slight imperfections and shade differences may occur.

Delivery

Orders placed after 1.30pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed the next working day.

We offer a free Royalmail 48 Tracked delivery service for UK and mainland areas on most of our items, (1-5 working Days unless otherwise stated)

If you require the item urgently, we offer a 1-2 working day delivery option on most of our items – please change shipping option to Royalmail 24 at the time of checkout.

 

We do not offer ANY proofs of any items - we do not spellcheck and use the names (if applicable) as they are sent to us and can't offer free replacements if you have made an error.
