My goal is for you to be pleased with your
experience. Please contact me via eBay’s messaging system and I will take
proper care of you. To qualify for a full refund, the seller must receive the
returned item in the exact condition in which the seller originally sent the
item. Returns with usage, damage, or leakage caused by the buyer (i.e., ruined
boxes and/or labels; broken or tampered-with cording, stoppers, and/or seals)

seller has reason to believe the original contents were either altered or
removed/replaced by the buyer then no refund will be provided. Buyers who abuse
the return policy or falsify item condition will be blocked from future
transactions and reported to eBay.
