7 fold pugaree with middle fold blue.

The ink stamp is not easily read.
The date is from the 1960's. I can read the 196 but not the last digit. While taking images, from one angle I think I can decipher 1965.
Badge came fixed to the puggaree from a collector, so I strongly suspect it is of the same vintage.
Badge is fixed by two pins that have been folded over.
In unused condition.
There may be storage marks and handling marks.
