This a a Very Ornate Door Pull as found on some antique book cases and curio cabinets. Handel measure Approx 2 3/4" overall length and is about 3/4" wide across the top part.  This is a match to the Pull with the Key hole in my store --- Item Number (225548984260)   Comes with mounting hardware(13E)
