Unlocking service for ANY Panasonic mobile phone.

Please read the terms very carefully before placing the order. See the list of supported models at the bottom of the page. Your phone is not in the list below? Message me your model name and I will tell you if I can unlock it.

How does it work?

This is a postal service. You will have to send the phone to me and I will perform the unlocking using professional tools. The unlocking can not be done remotely.

1. Place the order and chose a delivery service. This payment is for returning the phone to you after unlocking. You can chose regular 1st class service or 1st class signed service for extra security.

2. You will receive a message with my address.

3. Send the phone to me using any postal service of your choice.

4. Once received, I will update you on the progress of the unlocking. It usually takes 24 working hours after receiving it.

5. Once unlocked, the phone is returned to you using the service you selected at checkout. You can also bring the phone to me in NW London, but it will not be done on the same day. You can return then next day to collect it. For this option, select Collection in person at checkout.

Some unlocking procedures require resetting the phone to factory condition so please backup any contacts, photos or personal information you may have on your phone before sending it. I take no responsibility for personal information deleted in the process.

Loss or damage: I take no responsibility for loss or damage to the phone while in transit. In the very unlikely case that the phone suffers any damage during the unlocking process, you will receive a full refund plus compensation, or a replacement phone of the same model. In the very unlikely case that the phone can't be unlocked, you will receive a full refund. If you send a faulty phone that can't be worked on, only the service cost will be refunded, not the postage.
