Two hardback volumes in good condition. Wear to the extremities, particularly the spine-ends. Faded area to the rear board of volume one, presumably damp related. Toning and some foxing to the roughly-cut page-edges. Heavy foxing to the end-papers, with ink name inscriptions to the front end-papers. Odd very minor spotting elsewhere, but contents mostly very clean indeed. Fold-out frontispiece and decorative head and tail pieces. 621pp, with 40pp introduction and 56pp publishers catalogue.
