Delivery

Orders are packed with utmost care and are dispatched to the buyer's eBay address within 1- 2 days after payment is cleared. Free postage is applicable to buyers in Australia only and implies that orders will be sent in untracked letters (Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked). 

Domestic Registered Parcel and Tracking

We highly recommend you use this option as it offers priority handling, tracking, and a signature on delivery. Registered articles provide cover against damage/loss in transit. This option costs an extra $4.30 per article. Please note that we will not be responsible for items lost/damaged in transit if this option is not taken.

Combined Shipping

We combine postage if your order includes multiple items. Please use the link at check out to allow us to apply the postage discounts.  

Worldwide Shipping and Miscellaneous Fees

International shipping will vary dependent on your location. Please ask for a quote before placing your bid to avoid disappointment at check out. Also, applicable Customs duties or local sale taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Extra Cover for International Delivery

We recommend customers to add Extra Cover (EC) for orders exceeding AUD $100. Rates for EC is $0 for the 1st $100 and then $4.00 per $100 or part thereof thereafter to a maximum of $5000. Please note that we will not be responsible for items lost/damaged in transit if this option is not taken.

Payment and Order Cancellation

Please pay within 7 days after auction closes. PayPal and direct bank deposits are accepted payment methods within Australia, whilst international buyers should use PayPal only. Please note that orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days.

Refund

Returns are accepted if item is not as described or faulty and we will cover the return postage fee.  However, if the reason for return is the buyer’s mistake, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and the return postage fee will be at the buyer's expense.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds on items which went missing or damaged in transit.  If you wish to pay for insurance to provide extra cover during transit, we can organise this for an additional fee. Refund will not be processed until item is returned and is still deemed in original condition (as presented on listing pic)

GRADING GUIDELINES

We use the following grading system to assign conditions to DVDs we offer for sale.

Mint (M)

Perfect. No scuffs/scratches, unplayed - possibly still sealed. The insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve is perfect. No wear, marks, or any other imperfections - possibly still sealed.

Near Mint (M-)

Near perfect. No obvious signs of use, it may have been played - but it has been handled very carefully. Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve/Slipcase is near perfect. No obvious wear, it may have only the slightest of marks from handling.

Very Good (VG)

A few minor scuffs/scratches. This has been played but handled with good care - and certainly not abused. Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve has slight wear, marks, indentations, it may possibly have a cut-out hole (or similar).

Good (G)

Quite a few light scuffs/scratches. This has obviously been played and not handled as carefully as a VG. Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve has more wear, marks, indentations than a VG. May have slight fading, small tears/rips and possibly some writing.

Acceptable (A)

Scuffs/scratches/flaws/signs of wear are more pronounced than in G above.

Note: Standard DVD cases are not graded as they are replaceable.
