In rare chances, you will receive green leaves. In most cases, you will receive yellowing or dying leaves. It does not indicate that your plant is DEAD or DYING. It is diverting its energy to the stem to promote NEW root growth. We Purposely leave the leaf on, to promote the stem to start new roots. Most cases, shipping takes 2 to 4 days to arrive and you may already see new roots starting to form on the knots. Remove all the leaf before planting. You are using the cuttings to GROW new plants. You are NOT planting the leaf. So do not put the leaf in front as an excuse that your plant is dying or dead for a refund. This notice is explained here per ebay fair Buyer Protection Policy. Therefore, this yellowing/brown/dying leaf is excluded from this sale. 

We will replace or refund any cuttings that comes rotted or liquefied due to heat or package mishandling.

WE STAND BEHIND OUR  PLANTS! We will refund or replace any plants that arrives damaged, rotted, molded up, or dried up. All you need is show us a picture within 6 hour of delivery time.

We ship using USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days. Please allow 1-5 day for us to harvest your rooted cuttings before we ship it.

Shipped Bareroot. Image should be used as Stock Photo or Sample Photo. You will not receive the plant in a Pot or with Soil. The Soil in the photo will be Pressure washed  and only the plant with Bare root shipped. In some circumstances,  We might Trim off the plant to fit inside the box. New shoots and the plant itself will heal and recover.
