Slightly glossy dark olive brown with lighter brown toning on the devices. Covered with fine pitting and there is a planchet fissure at the chest of the horse and the opposing area at the top of the shield. Fortunately the fissures do not meet so light does not pass through. There is a bit of planchet impurity nestled down into those fissures but no verdigris or notable contact marks.  The date is weak but readable; same for the legends. Weight 141.5 grains.
