Warm Tips:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the bags, and use a clean surface to prepare the bags for use.

2. Squeeze out the air at the top of the milk bag before sealing.

3. After pouring the milk into breastmilk storing bag, the bottom will flare out(no need to open the bottom first). You could squeeze the sides of the bag to fully extend the bottom of the milk storing bag to get an relatively accurate capacity. Please note that the plastic is elastic so the measurement on the breast milk bags is inherently inaccurate for almost all brands. If accurate amounts are important to you, we recommend measuring the amount of milk in a bottle before you put it in the storage bag.

4. Mark the collection date on the storage container. Include your baby’s name on the label if your baby is in daycare. Use the oldest milk first.

5. When refrigerating or freezing breast milk, please do not exceed the milk bag container scale line. Milk will expand when freezing.

6. When thawing the milk, recommend to use bottle warmer or warm water (40℃/104℉) to unfreeze breast milk. Do not microwave the bag or thaw it in boiling water which will destroy the nutrition of breast milk.
