Vintage Dominion Light Green Teal Color One Speed Metal Vortex Fan Model 2005-A.

Fan works.  Fan rattles when turned on but quits when running.  Power cord outside rubber has dried out after all these years and is cracking but still works.  There are are some surface scratches from previous use. 

Nice vintage fan.
