• Hachiju Hachiya, meaning 88th day, is shincha known to be harvested on the most flavorful day.
• 3 bags x 100g (300g total)  
• Direct source from harvester in Shizuoka, Japan.
• "Ichibanzumi" means first harvest, synonymous with "shincha" and "hatsuzumi".
• "Fukamushi" means deep-steamed.
• Harvester recommendation: steep for 1 minute with 80~90 celsius hot water for first cup, enjoy a deeper flavor on 2nd and 3rd steep. 
• Shincha, the first harvest of the year, can only be enjoyed once a year.

It is brand new directly sourced in Japan.
