The device turns on and works fine.

Unlocked and works on 1800Mhz networks (EE, etc.) Networks on 900Mhz like O2, Vodafone, Tesco, etc will not get any reception on this device as that frequency is not compatible.

No charger or other accessories included. Only the phone and battery. If you need a charger, look for model SPN4221A

It works with credit card sized SIM cards. You can use an adaptor if you you don't have a SIM this size. No SIM card is included.

Very good condition. The battery still holds some charge after all these years and will work for a few hours, depending on use.
