Delivery

 ·         Once we receive your payment we will dispatch your order within 24 hours by Royal Mail 1st class (2-3 working days) or 2^nd class (3-5 working days) whichever your chosen delivery option is, to your registered eBay address.  If the items you have ordered are too heavy or bulky, then these will be dispatched with Parcelforce on a 24hr service.  If you need your item sent to an alternative address, you must add the address to your eBay account prior to purchasing.  We will not accept any request via messages to change the delivery address.  Deliveries are Monday to Friday, any orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched the next business working day. (Monday)

Returns

 ·         If you are not 100% satisfied with your item we will gladly accept it back for a full refund provided your initial request to return the item is within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Terms

·         To be covered by PayPal's Seller Protection Policy we can only dispatch items to your registered eBay address. This is the address you select when completing the eBay checkout process.  To have an item sent to an alternative address you must add the address to your eBay account prior to purchasing the item.

 ·         Please ensure that all purchases are inspected thoroughly upon delivery. If your item is faulty or defected we must be notified by email within 24 hours. Where possible we will arrange for a replacement item or part to be sent. If the sending of a replacement item or part is not possible we will either ask to return the faulty item for a refund or offer an immediate refund.
