After being bitten by a dying rabbit Jane Bates develops new destructive powers inexplicably drawn from the stars. This story of the supernatural also deals with rivalries for affection and emotional relationships between young people.

DJ: moderate edge wear, marks, light creases; unclipped
Exterior: edge wear, bumping & some remains of protective sleave
Interior: tanned, marks/stains throughout; an ex-library book which has some library stamps/markings at either end + damage at front, presumably from removal of library card
Binding: intact but spine slanted
