- According to the Keeler website, the company managed by Charles H. Keeler launched the Keeler Wide Angle Ophtlamoscope in 1933.
- This model comes in a leatherette box, with a spare bulb.
- Its handle opens to contain two “D” size batteries for power. (not included)
- It is signed London W.1. and says WIDE ANGLE on the front.
- On the back it has the model as K1229.
- Its power range choices are from -20 diopters to +20 diopters.
- The underside of the box is labeled in gold print:
- “C.Davis Keeler
- 47. WIGMORE STREET, W.1.
- MADE IN ENGLAND”
