Once you are finished buying all items you want click on the shopping cart and ask for combined shipping. When I send you a revised invoice it is time to pay.

*** Shipments to the USA will take from 5 to 7 days because I am in Hawaii. Media and parcel select take 30 days to arrive because they are shipped by the USPS on boats from Honolulu. Ebay quotes 3-4 days but I have no control over shipping times by USPS
