This comes with the box and 125 tiles.  The box shows wear and has some tape on it.  The tiles appear to be in good condition.  Instructions are printed on the bottom of the box.  This is a used game that has been used.  I am not familiar with this game - so if you have questions ask them PRIOR to buying.
