The kit being sold comprises of three parts - 

1x Duel Cup Holder (1-piece)

1x Protective Rubber Cushion Base

1x Permanent Fitting Torx Screw (kit is easy push fit, screw not essential)

The two cup holders are slightly different sizes please see dimensions below -
