Straight skirt, below mid-knee, has button waistband, front tuck with concealed zipper, side pockets and back hemline slit. Very loose-fitting blouse has bias neck and hem binding, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, tucks and pleats, attached tie ends, back-button closing and above elbow sleeves with pleated cap. No Provision for Above-Waist Adjustment.
