Beautiful condition. No chips noted.  The rotary switch on the socket click on then will rotate smoothly to adjust brightness.  This is a heavy lamp, weighing over 11 lb (see photo). The chrome sections are clean with no pitting or discoloration.  

This lamp measures 23" tall (at top of final).  The base measures 5 1/4" x 5 1/4". The stacked sections measure 3 1/2" x 3 1/2".  This lamp weighs 11 lb 8 oz.
