| Postage |
Items are despatched same day if ordered before 1pm. All orders after 1pm will be shipped next working day. Standard free postage service is 2-3 days. Advertisements have the option to pay an additional fee for next day delivery. We cannot guarantee
the delivery times due to postal service issues, but we can guarantee we will ship your item in the timeframes advertised.

| Returns |
All items come with a 60 day return to base warranty. Where the item is faulty on arrival, we will cover the returns postage cost. Where a return is requested due to change of mind, the buyer covers return postage cost. Returned items must be
in the original box where applicable and please note you are responsible for returning the item in the same condition it was received so please take care with packaging and use a reputable postal service. Items returned in poor condition may
be subject to a deduction from the refund amount. Anyone found returning a different item than was sent will be asked to return the correct item within 3 working days. Failing this, a case will be opened with the action fraud team.
