Old oil lamp, probably used in coal mining or early railroad type settings. Very difficult to research, so if you know - shoot me a message!
Someone scratched bottom to reveal copper, and has a sticker stating such.
Shaped like a bottle jack with a handle and wick from top. Purchased from a collector who also had a teapot style coal miner's lamp.
About 8" tall and 4" in diameter.
